Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the https://www.bisonprintco.com website and the theprintlife.com invoicing software or purchasing anything from Bison Print Company LLC.
NOTICE: The purchase of any Products or Services by Buyer/User is expressly limited to and governed by these Terms and Conditions.Your access to and use of the Bison Print Co website, The Print Life invoicing software and any and all services or purchases provided by Bison Print Company LLC is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Bison Print Co website, The Print Life invoicing software or purchase any and all services provided by Bison Print Company LLC
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Bison Print Co website, The Print Life invoicing software and any and all services or products purchased or to be purchased provided by Bison Print Company LLC.
By submitting your order and or payment through the order url from The Print Life software, Stripe invoicing, Quickbooks, or in person, you agree to be to our terms of service. Harassment and or use of vulgar language, sexual comments, hate speech, bigotry, racism, transphobia, and the likes thereof towards any employee, owner, partner, team member and or volunteer of Bison Print Company LLC is prohibited and violates our terms of service and will be met with legal action.
Bison Print Company LLC shall invoice Buyer before the production and delivery of the Goods or Services. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Buyer’s payment terms are due before before the production and delivery of the Goods or Services, payable in the currency as stated on the purchase order. All orders are final and indisputable.
Cancelation and Refunds
A request for a cancelation of an on going service and or purchase from Bison Print Company LLC may be submitted but is not guaranteed. A request for a refund for a service and or purchase from Bison Print Company LLC may be submitted but is not guaranteed. Bison Print Company LLC is not liable to refund or cancel any purchase. You may submit a request for a refund or cancelation of order at https://www.bisonprintco.com/contact or by emailing us at [email protected].
Charge Backs and Disputes
Any and all purchases from Bison Print Company LLC are final and have complete impunity to any and all charge backs and disputes including credit card and check disputes. You may not charge back or dispute any charge from Bison Print Company LLC for any reason. If you charge back and or dispute any charge from Bison Print Company LLC, you are inclined to pay a dispute fee of $1,500 USD plus the total charged back or disputed amount within 7 days of the dispute. If the disposition fee of $1,500 USD plus the total charged back or disputed amount is not paid in full to Bison Print Company LLC within 7 days of the charge back or dispute, other charges and or legal actions and or fees may apply.
We may terminate or suspend access to Bison Print Co website, The Print Life invoicing software and any and all services and or physical or digital products purchased provided by Bison Print Company LLC immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Delivery; Title; Risk of Loss. With respect to delivery of Products or performance of Services, Seller shall make no partial delivery or delivery before the date(s) stated on the purchase order. Bison Print Company LLC is not responsible for any delay in transit, lost and or stolen packages after they leave our facility. If a package is lost, delayed or stolen, the courier is sole responsible and insured up to $200 USD per package. You may contact your courier from the tracking number provided.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
